Delivery conditions of the ordered goods
1. Products purchased on the footbiker.eu website are delivered by courier to the delivery address provided by the Customer and confirmed by email after placing the order.
2. The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Buyer, including an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
3. Delivery of goods takes place within the territory of the European Union countries to the address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process.
4. The total time for processing paid orders is from 3 to about 10 working days.
As a result of introducing government restrictions with unpredictable effects on delivery, there may be additional delays in delivery independent of the Seller. The Seller will make every effort to ensure that the Customer receives information about any delays.
5. The cost of delivering a scooter is borne by the seller.
6. In a situation where there are differences in the time of realization or method of packing and delivery of individual goods making up one order, the seller may decide independently to divide the order into smaller shipments.
7. In case of incomplete or damaged contents of the carton, the Buyer should immediately notify the seller (within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment) describing and photographing the damage along with keeping the original packaging, which he decided to accept as proof that he did not accept a damaged shipment from the courier.
8. Before accepting a shipment, the Customer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging in order to exclude damage during transport. Both the seller and manufacturer may refuse a return/exchange/repair of equipment that has been accepted in case of damage resulting from transport.
9. Cancellation of an order is possible through electronic written form (from the Buyer's address to the seller's email address) until the start of the shipping procedure, which precedes the moment when goods are handed over to a courier.
Withdrawal from contract
1. Within 14 days from delivery date of goods to Buyer, he has right to withdraw from contract without giving reason by submitting appropriate statement in writing. To meet this deadline it is necessary to send electronically before its expiry to seller's email address written statement.
2. The condition for realizing the right referred to in point 1 is the submission of a statement via electronic correspondence no later than the 14th day (calendar) from the date of delivery of the shipment.
3. When exercising the rights described in sections 1 and 2, the Buyer should return the goods to the seller's address in the condition in which he received them, i.e. previously unopened and in particular not assembled, without traces of use, undamaged, complete and in the original packaging within 14 days of informing the seller of withdrawal from the contract. To reduce the cost of return, there is also the possibility, after agreement by email to shop@footbiker.eu, of pickup of the shipment from the Buyer by our courier on a day indicated by the Buyer.
4. In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer, therefore please consider your purchases carefully.
5. Goods returned by the Customer should be packed in an appropriate way to ensure no damage to the shipment during transport.
6. In the case of withdrawal from this agreement, the store will refund the Customer’s purchase immediately but no later than 14 days from the day on which the goods were returned.
7. The refund amount constitutes the sale price paid into the seller’s account, reduced by the possible cost of restoring the product to a new state, taking into account the degree of wear and damage to spare parts, i.e. before shipping to the Customer.
8. In the case that the product has been opened and in particular has visible traces of assembly, use or damage, then the refund amount will either be appropriately lower than the sale price of the product or such a product will not be subject to return within the 14-day possibility of withdrawal from the sales contract.
9. In order to return the product, the Buyer will present photographic documentation of the packaging before its dispatch to exclude destruction of the shipment/original packaging by the carrier at the moment of receipt of goods by the seller.
10. We offer competitive prices in exchange for a slightly longer delivery time or the risk of higher return costs, therefore please consider patient purchases not driven by emotions.
